Returns & Exchanges

Rules for Returns and Exchanges of Sizzles & Berns (“we”, “our”, or “us”) products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with the exception of any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items which must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, the returned order is inspected and an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Buyer’s remorse – Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse.  Therefore, we will not be able to issue you a refund for your order.

 Damaged and mislabeled items – If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our third-party quality control, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacementThe customer must contact orders@sizzlesnberns.com within 30 days after the misprinted/damaged/defective item has been received by you.

Exchanges – Only items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective are eligible for exchanges.  For further information contact us at orders@sizzlesnberns.com.

Gifts – If the apparel or product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, we will send you a gift credit for the value of your return.  A gift credit coupon will be emailed or mailed to you once the returned item is received.  The gift credit coupon will be redeemable for up to one year after receipt of mailing.

International shipping International shipping is not available at the moment.  However, we are planning to offer it soon.  Contact us at snb@sizzlesnberns.com.

Sales items – Items that are marked on the website as Sale, Clearance, or Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange or refund. 

 Size exchanges – Our return policy does not cover items ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we will not be able to issue you a refund for your order.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our third-party facility and you will be liable for the cost of any reshipments (if and as applicable).  

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our third-party facility.  You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).  

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will be available for reshipping at your cost but not available for a refund.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.  We reserve the rights as well as our third-party supplier to refuse returns at our sole discretion. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer – Customer must contact us at orders@sizzlesnberns.com before returning any products.  As stated earlier in this Shipping and Return policy, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, wrong addresses and sizes, and unclaimed shipments.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.  Receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for returning your item and paying for the reshipping costs. The correct return address will be mentioned on the order packaging.  If this information is not available on the order packaging, then the returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to you.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
